And I don’t think it’s one of those “pick two” scenarios, either:
- Wealth and development without power is an invitation to be overrun.
- Wealth and power without development makes you mean and stupid.
- Development and power without wealth, well, that won’t work, will it?

And, of course, any one of the three won’t stand on its own.

So, how to have all three in sufficient amounts and in balance with each other appears to be a Big Question (if not *the* big one… ). Do we even have anyone smart enough to address that question, and if so would we even be smart enough to listen to them?
