- wealth
- development
- power

And I don&#039;t think it&#039;s one of those &quot;pick two&quot; scenarios, either:
- Wealth and development without power is an invitation to be overrun.
- Wealth and power without development makes you mean and stupid.
- Development and power without wealth, well, that won&#039;t work, will it?

And, of course, any one of the three won&#039;t stand on its own.

So, how to have all three in sufficient amounts and in balance with each other appears to be a Big Question (if not *the* big one... ). Do we even have anyone smart enough to address that question, and if so would we even be smart enough to listen to them?</description>
